At Cloud Meals we take data privacy very seriously, so please take a moment to read our policies below. These may be updated from time to time, so please check back regularly for any updates.
Once you are using our system, there will of course be a large amount of data stored on it regarding your school, parents, pupils etc. This data will be held on a server in a secure data centre. The data will only be directly accessible by immediate employees of Cloud Meals, and will only be used for the purposes of adminstering the system itself. We will not share this data with anyone external to Cloud Meals.
Designated school administrators will be able to view the data after logging into a secure admin portal.
Once logged in to the front end of the system, parents will be restricted to viewing information solely regarding their own children.
Website data collection
If you complete our enquiry form, the information you provide us with is stored in a secure database, allowing us to contact you regarding your query. If you would like us to remove this, please let us know and we will delete it. Otherwise we will keep the data on file in case you would like us to contact you again in the future.
This information will only be used for the purposes of contacting you regarding products created by us. This task may be undertaken by ourselves, or by an external company.
As you navigate our site, we may record various non personal information about your interactions with it. This may include things like which pages you visited, and which links you clicked on. We may also record technical details such as your IP address, or the web browser you are using. This helps us learn how visitors are using the site, so we can improve it in future.
When browsing our site, a small text file containing non personal information is placed on your computer, which helps us track your interactions with our site.
If you are a school or parent logging into our system, a cookie is required to maintain your logged in status throughout your visit.
